Audio/Visual Event Productions

Every Event has unique Audio and Visual reqirements, so we always meet with you to understand your vision. Once we have your vision, we will develop an itemized list with pricing of what we can provide to make your event everything you have imagined it could be ...
No Additional Add-ons or Hidden Fees!!

What Makes Us Different
When hiring an Event Production Company you are putting your faith in their ability to follow through on the commitments they made during the planning process.  There can be no bigger dissappointment during and after an event than reflecting on all the things that were promised but not fulfilled by a company that charged a premium price for their services.

This is where BeatStreet shines!! When we are in the planning process with you, we will openly discuss the pros and cons to every facet of your event.  We will never commit to something that may not be able to be pulled off succesfully during your event.  Most of all, we do not want you to pay for something that doesn't add value to creating the best event possible.

Another important factor to consider when choosing an Event Production Company is whether the person you are consulting with will be involved in the day of production at your event.  Salesman can be just that ... Often times they know the lingo and can sell you on the "right" services/equipment, but seeing it through on the day of the event is a completely different skill set.  At BeatStreet, you will only deal with the Owner. I will be the person that plans, quotes, and produces your event. I use a few key people for set-up and during the event, but any requests, questions and concerns you have will always be handled by me. Talk about a reassuring feeling for our clients ... that no matter what they need on the day of the event, they can reach out to me and we will work together to make it happen.
